MyFedCompliance training templates and information technology are only available for internal training at one organization unless a Consultant or Developer subscription is active.

The training template derivative content may be co-branded, remixed, customized, and used with proper attribution.

The MyFedCompliance training templates and derivative content may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without an extended use license and our express written permission.

The organization receives no rights to the training materials beyond the use of the product during the subscription period.

Annual renewal is required for continued use per the terms of the EULA. Your subscription will automatically renew each year at a discount.

If you do not renew your subscription, the use of the training templates, including derivative content, must be discontinued, and the MyFedCompliance training templates and derivative content deleted.

Use of MyFedCompliance Training Templates does not constitute “work-for-hire,” and no rights are assigned to organizations, consultants, developers, or others through the use of our templates. 

MyFedCompliance training templates and derivative content can be co-branded with your organization but can’t be used without our logo intact unless you have an active Developer subscription.

If you have an active Organization subscription, non-commercial use means MyFedCompliance training templates can only be used for internal training at your organization. MyFedCompliance training templates and derivative content can not be used or distributed outside your internal organization.

If you have an active Consultant subscription, non-commercial use means MyFedCompliance training templates can only be used as part of offering consulting or training services. With an active Consultant subscription, the Consultant can use the MyFedCompliance training templates with multiple organizations. Non-commercial use means you can not sell the MyFedCompliance training templates directly to any organization nor assign any rights to a client to the MyFedCompliance training templates and derivative content.

With an active Consultant subscription, you can offer consulting and training services that include the customization of co-branded derivative content for the use of multiple organizations who engage your services using MyFedCompliance training templates. (MyFedCompliance training templates and derivative content can be co-branded with your organization but can’t be used without our logo intact.)

Consultants can not transfer rights to the MyFedCompliance training templates to clients as work-for-hire and must agree not to assign rights to the MyFedCompliance training templates and derivative content to their clients.

Non-compliance with these provisions is a violation of our terms of use and will terminate your subscription without proration or refund.   

If you have an active Developer subscription, non-commercial use means MyFedCompliance training templates can be as part of offering consulting or training services. Additionally, Developers can create derivative content for non-commercial purposes and distribute the derivative content externally at no cost to users.

With an active Developer subscription, the Developer can use the MyFedCompliance training templates with multiple organizations.

Non-commercial use means you can not sell the MyFedCompliance training templates directly to any organization nor assign any rights to a client to the MyFedCompliance training templates and derivative content.

With an active Developer subscription, you can remove our logo, but you must include attribution in the MyFedCompliance training templates and derivative content. See our attribution information in MyFedCompliance training templates Terms of Use.

Non-compliance with these provisions is a violation of our terms of use and will terminate your subscription without proration or refund.

Perpetual License to the purchased MyFedCompliance training templates:

This expanded one-time license allows you to make and share derivative content produced from purchased training templates for non-commercial purposes without additional renewal of the annual subscription.

It also allows you to continue to use the purchased training templates received during the annual subscription period to produce derivative content.

However, it does not allow a perpetual license to share purchased and unaltered MyFedCompliance training templates.

Automatic annual renewal is strongly encouraged at a discount to get updates, additional, and expansions of MyFedCompliance training templates.

A “user” for the purpose of selecting the correct annual license is a person with access rights to the MyFedCompliance training templates. For example, a “user” would typically be a project manager, instructional designer, trainer facilitator, and administrative support. “Users” for the purpose of selecting the correct license are not the end-users of the content, such as participants at a training event.   

For the purpose of determining the correct annual license, the organization size is based on the total number of employees, not the number of employees attending the training.
